C’mon…Pretty Boy needs me! she urges, flapping her wings faster while mustering every ounce of magical power within her small being.
I met Lenin in 1920 when I was in Russia, I had an hour’s talk there that day with him and he spoke English much better than you would have expected. The whole conversion was in English; I expected it to have been in German but I found that his English was quite good. I was less impressed by Lenin than I expected to be. He was of course a great man, he seemed to me a reincarnation of Cromwell with exactly the same same limitations Cromwell had: absolute orthodoxy! He thought a proposition could proved by quoting a text in Marx, and he was quite incapable of supposing there could be anything in Marx that wasn’t right and that struck me as rather limited. I disliked one other thing about him which was his great readiness to stir up hatred. I put certain questions to him to see what his answer would be, and one of them was: ‘you profess to be establishing socialism but as far as the countryside is concerned you seem to reestablishing peasant proprietorship, which is a very different thing from agricultural socialism’ and he said 'oh, dear me, no, we’re not establishing peasant proprietorship… you see, there are poor peasants and rich peasants, and we stirred up the poor peasants against the rich peasants, and they soon hanged them from the nearest tree - ohohohoho!’ I didn’t much like that.

what flavor is your soul?
cinnamon
oh child of spice you are bound to the core of the earth. can you feel the heartbeat of nature pulsing through your veins. you are the mouthful of autumn that scorched through your throat, you are the pepper of life that wakes up the weary. the foolish and shaking will attempt to dilute you with sickening sugar, do not let them. your spark is what keeps us alive my dear. keep burning, little star. you see the beauty and the light, but oh you have been fed poison and refuse to drop it onto other's tongues. be wild. I know what your heart is chanting. run. run. run. run dear, find your story. do not trade your spirit for safety. you are a child of the earth, forever seeking, forever dancing.
HAVE I SENT YOU ONE. whatever gimme 13, 56, and 92!!!
