I saw an interesting prediction that in season 7 Piper would go on the same radio show as Larry and expose the prison system.

In season 6, I want Alex and Piper to acknowledge their engagement in cute little ways, making jokes about their wedding, subtly planning their future, calling each other fiancee just because theyre so happy that theyre actually going to get married. Whispers of “we’re getting married.” before they smile into kisses. When Alex says something snarky, Piper going, “thats my future wife.” 

Plus, some actual “i love you”’s would be nice, we haven’t heard them say that since what, season 1? Season 6, you better pull thru

Vauseman Predictions Season 7: I know I’m beating a dead horse but...

Its going to be really interesting to see how Piper and Alex cope with being apart especially because they are separated by distance and time. This is going to be their true test of their growth and their relationship. The only contact they can have now is either writing to each other, a phone call, visits limited to placing their hands against the glass because that’s the extent of their physical contact.

Now I know Im beating this horse to death guys but Kubra is a loose end that think they really need to tie up and I’m telling you it’s not too late for him to come back in some way. Next season Piper will probably be working to build a life for her and Alex. She’ll probably stay with Cal and Neri for a while and they’ll help her get a job. I don’t know why waitressing comes to mind but that seems most likely for her.

But just think it would be the perfect “Oh shit” moment  for them especially after everything had been so smooth sailing. Let’s say Piper is working as a waitress, how fucked would it be if Kubra were to walk in as just a regular customer. He doesn’t recognize Piper right away but Piper recognizes him and after a while, while servicing his table Kubra figures out who she is and he might say something that’s subliminally threatening towards her or maybe Alex.

What’s going to be hard for Piper is her decision to tell Alex or not, say maybe at visitation. Alex can always tell when something is wrong with Piper and is definitely not going to believe her if she says everything is fine. If Piper does tell Alex this is going to create anxiety on both sides. Alex can’t do anything to protect Piper from behind bars and Piper can’t protect Alex on the inside but knowing Piper she might try to “handle” it and might choose to get involved in something one more time for Alex’s sake. This will cause Alex to stress the fuck out because we all know that Piper is really bad at plans and this time this is something that could possibly get her killed. Alex might be desperate enough to even encourage her to just go to the police and let them handle it instead.

While Piper is trying to do away with Kubra as a her main priority I can see her maybe also trying to expose the justice system and maybe even tag team with Caputo to help Taystee and Blanca as well.

Meanwhile Alex will be trying to cope with things on the inside probably shutting down Madison’s bullshit every now and then. Things are going to be really difficult for her because if Kubra’s out there she will have to go to her bunk every night hoping that her wife won’t end up dead. She maybe wants to believe that Piper can “handle” it but honestly she can’t help but see that this will only go one way and that’s Piper getting herself killed.

Seeing how this is the last season I want to believe that they’re going to go all out with this and of course a lot of storylines will get resolved. And I’m hoping it does end with an ending monologue of Piper reading from her book living in an apartment with Alex showing snippets of what happened to everyone. It would be a good way to end the series because think about it, in season one how do we know Piper’s opening monologue wasn’t actually Show!Piper reading the opening chapter from the book she wrote after she got out in season 6 and finally wrote and published in season 7. The events of seasons 1 through 7 could’ve all just been one big flashback with Piper’s opening monologue being the segue into this series.

Let’s say hypothetically they did decide to kill Off Alex...

that would honestly hurt me ten times more than when Poussey died because it would be extremely cruel for the writers to do this especially when it’s always been set up that Alex and Piper would be end game

Its like if your parents get you a puppy, and they allow you to grow and love and take care of that puppy for a year only to take that puppy away from you without so much as a warning.

This is what it would feel like. Like a real fuck you and a punch to the gut.

In regards to Alex’s fate in season 7 I see people falling into two categories: People that think she’s going to die (a prediction for every season) and people that want her to( honestly I’m surprised that there are some people that do but why?)

And though I’m sure they won’t but if by some one percent chance that the writers do decide to do this then seriously, shame on them.

Marriage in Prison?

So a lot of people are saying that this photo is a hint that Alex and Piper are possibly getting married.  Personally I think it’s more of a hint that Piper may be getting out and Alex is seeing her off.  Let it be known though that if Piper gets out next season and she and Alex both decide to get married before then, I will cry ugly fat tears, BIG UGLY FAT FUCKING TEARS.

Alex and Piper getting married in prison to me is just so them because nothing is ever easy with these two nor conventional. So getting married in prison doesn’t seem too big of a stretch for them.

If Piper gets out shortly after they get married just imagine what that scene would be like:  Piper will no doubt be emotional and crying and will probably make the promise to wait for her. Alex on the other hand I think will either do one of two things. On one hand Alex might decide that she might not want to see Piper go because of feelings and emotions and she wouldn’t be able to keep herself together. It would just be easier.  On the other hand if Alex does decide to be there when Piper leaves she will be extremely sarcastic and make jokes but her face will show what she’s really feeling.

Either way if this happens it’s going to fuck me up.

OITNB Season 6 Very Early Predictions Part 1

Don’t you just love when one of your favorite shows goes on hiatus but the closer you get to the premiere of the next season BTS photos and sneak peaks begin to drop and all the fans slowly start to come out of hibernation?

Anyway here are some very early predictions

Based on what I’ve seen so far I’m guessing it’s going to be a whole new ball game and nothing like what we’re used to at Litchfield. I’m imagining some much harsher environments. From what it looks like, no more open bunks, looks like we might get actual prison cells this time around. And with a new and harsher environment we will most likely get some really bad ass prisoners. This ain’t Litchfield anymore people.

Alex will be off the radar for a couple of episodes due to being down in medical  for her broken arm. She and Piper are going to be reunited early on in the season for sure, I’m going to say between episode 3 or 4. They’ll be in the same cell block (hopefully the same prison cell). Because of her face being on television this will open up a whole new set of problems for her. Alex will be in the limelight, probably dealing with the good and bad popularity from the other prisoners also with the media (which she will hate). I’m still convinced that eventually Kubra will show his face possibly by the very end of the season if not the middle of it.

Piper is going to find her way into some trouble because...it’s Piper. With Alex being her new priority though Protective!Piper will be in full effect and I think we’re going to see a brand new, more selfless Piper. Something along the lines of if it was decided that Alex had to get sent away to get better treatment or just be somewhere safer Piper wouldn’t try to jeopardize it and would just let her go.

Nicky is one of the characters that I’m most fearful for at this point. My gut is telling me she might be one of the ones we lose and it will be because of Red. Not saying it will be Red’s fault, but from what I’ve red Kate mentioned something about her getting into it with one of the badder inmates at this new prison. What does that have to do with Nicky? Well if it gets bad maybe Nicky will come to her “mom’s” defense. One of Red’s daughter’s already suffered a broken arm (don’t kid yourself Alex is her daughter now) trying to save her. Red very well might end up losing Nicky. Another reason why I think we might end up losing her is because (and I hate saying this) I don’t think she and Lorna are going to be end game as much as I would like them to be. In the end I believe though Nicky loves Lorna, she has officially decided to let her go and even went out of her way to knock some sense into Vinnie. And from what I gather between Vinnie and Lorna I do think they really love each other. If something does happen to Nicky I think Lorna would most likely end up naming her kid after her.

Between Alex and Piper and Nicky and Lorna I firmly believe we are not going to get a happy ending from both couples. And if we do one relationship is and the other isn’t. If I’m being completely honest Alex and Piper’s relationship might end on somewhat of a happy note while Nicky and Lorna’s will end probably bittersweet or in tragedy. I don’t think we’re going to get a completely happy ending from either one of these couples. Maybe we’ll get something that’s satisfactory but not completely happily ever after.

OITNB Season 6 Very Early Predictions Part 2

Part 2 of my very early predictions

Maria: Maria’s decisions from season 5 are definitely going to have some consequences in season 6, I have no doubt. Also there’s talk and a little bit of evidence going around that Maria and Piper are going to have some serious beef, but I’ll talk about that in a second. Let’s talk about some of the threats that might be awaiting her. She abandoned the riot the second she found out that she didn’t have added time on her sentence and suddenly became “a changed woman” when she herself was basically one of the leaders that was front and center in the torture of the CO’s. Not really a good look for her posse.  She stole Gloria’s plan and freed the CO’s and even though I’m sure we all understand why she did it, and I personally don’t blame her, but it doesn’t excuse the fact that she fucked the inmates over and didn’t even get anything for it. The latinas were pissed at Gloria for giving the CO’s the opportunity to escape but just imagine how pissed they and everyone else is going to be when they find out that it was actually Maria who set them free, not to mention Gloria. Maria got in the way of Gloria having the chance of seeing her son (not that MCC was going to actually give Gloria what she wanted) but god forbid her son ends up dying, which I don’t entirely think he will but it will definitely add fuel to Gloria’s fire.

Now as for Maria’s beef with Piper, rumor has it she’s the one that starts the fight and one reason I can see Piper having it out with Maria is due to Maria setting the CO’s free. In season 5 Piper seemed very reluctant to get into Maria’s face seeing how she is the one who branded her but now Piper has every right to be angry at her and here’s why: 

The way Piper is probably is going to see it is she was part of the negotiation team with Taystee in order to make things better for the inmates. With the riot drawing to a close and after hearing the news that almost all of their demands have been met Piper is probably thinking that she could finally get Alex some real help. But things don’t actually turn out that way. Because of Taystee’s pride and selfishness she wouldn’t agree to the negotiations until she could have justice for Poussey and because of Maria they lost their bargaining chips.

Basically Maria was an instrument in fucking up Alex’s chances for getting help, Piper might see it that way. And because Piper is in Protective!Piper mode and because she is known to have a temper a strong passion for justice when provoked, it’s: You fuck with Alex you fuck with me.

The other reason she could get into a fight with Maria is to purposely get herself hurt so she can go to medical to be with Alex. But then again she wouldn’t really need Maria to do that she could get just about anyone purposely injure her. So if it’s Maria  I guarantee you Piper has probable cause and it won’t have anything to do with that stupid panty shit. Branding her would be a factor but no definitely not that stupid panty business.

Oitnb season 6 finale speculation: CO: Vause, you have a visitor Alex walks into the visiting room doesn't see anyone and sits down silently waiting. And then...HE sits down. Kubra folds his hands and smiles at her with a smile that isn't a smile. Alex is sitting there, her face showing nothing but her body is trembling. There is silence. Alex can't find the strength to speak or even move. Kubra: I saw the video... over 1million plus views, must of been a terrible ordeal. How fortunate it is that you're alive...or perhaps...not so fortunate
