Hello fellow OJ fan! i am here to tell you my . AAHHHHHHHHHHH
anyways, i love Paintjay purely because of dynamics and aesthetics. their colors work well together, and they are overall really cute!
for Dynamics i like how their desire to lead overlaps nicely, and how they both can get loud and aggressive when aggravated. OJ is also referred to as "the caretaker" (in his own words) and Paintbrush is quite the needy individual and some times, they also BOTH TWIRL??? LIKE!! HELLO!!!! Paintbrush is also a caring, and kind soul who loves to have another company. and despite their ups and downs with OJ in the few seasons they were together, they still manage to get back up and have a great relationship. Plus they held hands, and OJ rooted for them when he was eliminated.
They are also fun to explore in fanon! such as how they would go about dates; Paintbrush is more extroverted and OJ is more ambiverted, they have little choices but they would go on picnic dates and go through flower fields i feel like. its such a funky concept to me! its also fun to see how Paintbrush loves giving the ones close to them Hugs and OJ keeps his distance from others, so he melts EVERYTIME they run up to hug him. its so cute <3
theres so much in Canon. like their twirling together their closeness in the 3rd season the way they just. ACT together. they are a perfect pair in my eyes. they make me so happy
