Inspired by this, I whipped up a little something for Loki in Gallifreyan. It reads*:
"I am Loki of Asgard, and I am burdened with glorious purpose!"

* I have been at this most of the night, and circular Gallifreyan is wicked complicated, so it's possible I got the translation a little bit off.
