I think the duration of SKKS episodes was dictated by the broadcaster. The episodes of the preceding show (Grudge: The Revolt of Gumiho) and the following one (Mary Stayed Out All Night) were just as long.

Interesting. Maybe the network wanted to distinguish itself as value-packed? I sure don't mind...it's more to love ;)

Wanna fight (about whose crush is better)?! Bring it on! ;D Seriously though, I know Jae Yul is much nicer and more mature. And he was drunk and adorable in the latest episode? Aww... Now I really have to watch it. But I prefer Gun for his sense of humor and smashing looks. Because I'm a whore like that. However, in real life, I wouldn't pick either of them. I like big goofs, who are kind and helpful, and don't mind being bossed around.

And seriously, I do appreciate why you would be attracted to a man who doesn’t have 1) an imaginary friend, and 2) unacceptable working habits, and who is, one might say, almost TOO cautious about marriage, rather than proposing within weeks of meeting.

Truthfully, one would hope we're both attracted to big helpful goofs who aren't crazy in real life. One of the things we should all probably spend some serious time on, in our viewing habits, is how much we fall for leads who are really kind of... uh, dangerous and creepy, in their own ways.

I have to admit: IT WAS PRETTY CUTE.

The question is whether those scene would have packed the same punch without all the anguished silent suffering of the last several episodes. I think it would have. I think you can still have the sobbing-at-the-videos and love-confrontation without the secrecy and the cover up lies. I still have lingering resentment about that.

But it was pretty cute. ;)
