A very noticeable difference between marti's scene with maddelena and isak's scene with sonja in the OG was the tension. Whilst some of the dialogue was very similar, the fact that we had maddelena speak to marti the morning after, made the tone feel very different...almost more painful because it's not like sonja who was reacting instantaneously in the moment, but maddelena had more time to calm down (she'd already seen nico!) and think about how marti would be feeling towards this, and she didn't even bother to be sensitive towards him.
Whilst it was a much calmer vibe, it was all the more torturous because marti had already been through hell the night before, and everything just got so much worse for him...yh I hate myself
