The faint smile that graced Tifa’s lips was tinged with a mixture of exasperation and bemusement--both on account of who it was that had shared such a fantasy with her. On one hand, Johnny had no idea how things like tact and discretion worked--and Odin forbid he ever kept his mouth shut about anything. On the other... there was no denying that Johnny’s heart was in the right place. The road to Hades might be paved in good intentions, but there were moments that he’d brought about Heaven, be it through his selflessness and willingness to help others even if those attempts went wrong or the occasional offhanded comment that brought a smile to another’s lips. The barmaid nodded softly to herself.

“I think I might let him do it someday. You know... if he ever actually asks me himself.”
