Get to Know the RPerSend me a ♔ for me to describe a favorite rp character of mine. A favorite, okay well. I already gushed on about Shay Bradley for quite some time, but uh... how about we talk about Madden Coyle for a second, my sociopathic special agent for Division? Yeah he’s a good choice and another character I always have muse for. I’ve had Madden since... wow a long long time now, and he’s one of my favorites. Different from most of the characters I write that are either two sides of the spectrum, Madden sort of was settled smack dab in the middle but he was one hundred percent fake. An honest to god sociopath, Madden was completely emotionally detached from all things in the world and with his 172 IQ, he was way too advanced mentally to fit in realistically. However, the one fun thing about Madden that made him an excellent character to write was that he was amazing at studying people and mimicking their behaviors, and becoming exactly who they would want them to be. Writing him and his growth from the bunker to an agent was such an experience for me and really showed how even characters that don’t allow space for development can still change. I really really really have trouble doing these, but since I just talked about Madden for about twenty minutes, I am going to talk about Sofia, his opposite in literally everything and how much I loved her, and writing them together. She was his opposite in everything, and suffered so much for it. Their love story is truly one for the ages because it showed the dark side of unrequited love except he pretended so well to be in love with her, he made her believe in every word he said but in the end he betrayed her. This vulnerability of a character is something you don’t see much in the rpc anymore, everyone thinks their character is the best (they are) when in reality they aren’t good at everything. Sofia’s growth within Division was perfection, she went from hardened criminal with serous trust issues to a softie over the year we were in that group. I miss Sofia so much and she was honestly too precious for this world. Send me a ♥ for me to describe a favorite rp ship of mine. I’ve done two of these already, but that doesn’t mean I’m done, in the previous questions here, I rambled on about Sofia & Madden, so that makes three, but let’s see....hahaha okay so this is a little off because it isn’t two original characters? But honestly Bucky Barnes and Natasha Romanoff will always be my favorite ship to rp. I used to have (and I mean I still do, she’s my bestie after all ) the best writing partner @xvdova-archive where we used to have the best buckynat threads in the entire world. Okay well, since I was just talking about my bucknat nonsense, let’s talk about how I met my best friend Cristina that I met through tumblr rp. A long long time ago when I used to rp indie Jefferson from OUaT, I met Cris who wrote Emma, we had an amazing MadSwan ship and a million and one unfinished threads. In the long run, a few years later and several ships later, I ended up leaving from New York to Pittsburgh, and stayed with her for nearly a year. She’s still one of my best friends and even though I live in VA now I still absolutely love her <3
