Finally got around to checking out Okiway with Dan (plus Em and Peg). - $8 housemade takoyaki with great pieces of octopus in them - $11 imported wasabi ale (although it doesn’t seem to be for everyone, I’m a fan of the aroma and aftertaste) - $8 wasabi guac w/ gyoza chips - $13.50 black squid ink fried rice w/ squid, garlic, ginger, red ginger, scallions - $13 vegetarian okonomiyaki Everything was really good. Always love the shared plates style whether the terminology is izakaya/tapas/etc. Thanks to Peg for sharing these with me ✌🏼️ since seafood isn't everyone’s cuppa tea.
