I'm honestly just going through work in a dull autopilot mode right now. Like, i feel like I'm just kind of in a cutscene right now, waiting out the 5(ish) more hours til i can go home, sleep, and then spend all day tomorrow with my Ashley.

Today I finally, for the first time, beat Tomb Raider!  Woot!

Now I've begun working on the second one and I never realized how goddamn relentless it is right from the very beginning

friggin' spikey-walls of doom around every corner in the last quarter of the level, what the hell <n>

getting used to the flow of the controls is gonna be a little difficult too.  I ended up yelling "WHY THE HELL DID I PULL OUT A FLARE" roughly seven or eight times.  Some of them were because I was trying to sidestep to the left, but others were a total mystery.

so yeah.  good, gondola-smashing fun.

Gotta love family. They did that to me too but my sister was 25 so I kept calling her a quarter-century as payback >:3
