spider knows that people are wary of us because we are "tainted" with shadow and he definitely takes advantage of that. Surrounded by beings of light, but only the shadow understands being ostracized.

Also! the explanation for the edgy one-eye purple thing: Shadow magic is about sacrifice, the backlash, and the punishment you have to face for not handling it correctly.

My wizard got low-key hooked on using shadow seraph and hungry caterpillar and throughout Krysalis that catches up to them. (if you check my arc 2 ref the right eye is darker than the left )

But also it's a shift in perspective. Being able to see the spiral not just through the lenses of light but through the lenses of shadow too. To be able to fight for the spiral whether that means teaming up with the child of light or the child of shadow ( fun fact: after adventuring with the bat their eye receives a deeper purple)

Shadow magic isn't evil it is misunderstood, much like what my wizard goes through in arc 3.

Wizard101 Animatic

Hey guys, check out this animatic I made for a school project. It’s a Wizard101 animatic centering around my Wizard101 oc, Cassidy Wyrmwood, as she has just released Old Cob from his prison in the hopes that he’ll help her take down her hated foe, Morganthe the Shadow Queen. However, our young conjurer, having read and/or watched various forms of a fantasy media on Earth which detail this exact sort of scenario, is understandably wary of Old Cob. Thus, Old Cob will have to do some legwork in order to convince Cassidy to accept his help. Specifically in the form of a musical number. Also the song is by a YouTuber called Bard College of Citrus. Check his stuff out if you have the chance, he does good stuff.
