super rare- mmo resurrection- did anyone play star wars galaxies? it was a MMO that was online in the early 2000s and met a very sad end when it was shut down from what i remember being stupid reasons. it was a cool game, it set the standard imo on what a sandbox mmo should include, had a lovely rp community, and the skills took true efffort in order to progress and become a top tier player / also had a fantastic crafting system and player driven economy. i havent seen anything like it since, but i had to look for evidence that it existed and this is what i found on the wayback machine. from what i udnerstand also there are people who have made an emulation of the og mmo with a lot less players but equally awesome of a community. check itout ?

sorry its been a while since i posted ive been obsessing over some certain unrelated coding projects involving esp32. will try to post more.

Yall hear of the MMO Dark Ages?

Looks fun. Apparently it’s very player driven, so the players actually affect the world and story.

I’ll probably make an account once I got a job. You can play for free, but I wanted the whole experience
