Not sure if this lyric in Egg was intentional or not, but Joe did say he worked on writing The Crux while shooting Fargo in Calgary.

Can't help but hear this as an Ole Munch phrase:

"But man is a mold and nothing is new / So why not release and let it come through?"

I could go on and on about how much I loved the writing and character development in Fargo season 5 but if it did influence Joe's writing, and he weaved these positive influences/experiences into his work, that makes this song even more awesome imo 😊

Would Munch just be dressed in his normal outfit or would he get something different for the ren faire?

I think he'd show up with the Lyons in his normal outfit. Maybe he'd see something for sale to add to his drip.

I'm torn between him loving or hating the experience. Would he freak out? Would he just refuse to leave? Would he hate the Medieval Lifestyle Appropriation? So many questions.
