I only started to follow you recently but it’s always really fun to see your blog because regardless of what you’re posting I’m like hey that’s the person who also is likes NNO

The series was really important to me when I was growing up but it’s always been super rare that I find other people who know/are into the series or even Kamatani’s other works. Though I haven’t read much of them I admit (though I’d like to).

Anyways I guess I just wanted to say thanks for sparking joy and brightening my day even if you aren’t doing it on purpose.

many of us in that boat, unfortunately a very common experience but it somehow serves to make the connections you make when you do find someone all the more meaningful imo! especially because to those of us who kind of stuck around and with it, it generally is because nno has been and is important to us!

i really hope you find the time to read their other works! im currently really enjoying reading shounen note as the official english volumes are being released, genuinely such a good time.

I strongly disagree with your views and such for personal reasons, that said I apologize for some of the behavior others have shown you. Things might be less devicive if people would take the time to speak and understand one another instead of jumping to things like that.

Thank you, but you don’t have to apologize for the actions of others. I do appreciate this message, though! I fully agree with your sentiment, we should take the time to communicate with one another and understand each other's stances before making a judgement on them. Hi... so I just found out about the whole kin thing a while ago, but like I only started to understand what it meant today and honestly I'm kind of scared because maybe I'm john kin and I'm freaking out because this makes too much sense and I just really freak out whenever I have revelations about myself because like I don't understand myself well at all. I'm scared. I need to know how to tell if this is an actual thing or just in my head or something... so yeah... fuck...

i can guarantee this isnt all in ur head! the evidence is the huge kin community here that follows us and that is here for your new revelation! i can understand that must be really scary, especially since its rather new to you,  and i can see where you’re coming from, but i promise, its real, and we’re happy to have you join us!

if your afraid of it being fake, the best idea i usually go with is i wait a while, see if it still fits after a day or two! and its fine to always rescind your kinfirmations (puns :P)!

I just wanted to say your art is absolutely gorgeous. If I wasn’t broke and unemployed I’d probably buy one tbh. You don’t post it here super often but whenever I come across it I’m like wow this person can do some beautiful stuff.

Props to you for putting in the work to develop that skill because it’s not easy. (I say this as someone who recently graduated from art school. I just don’t really post my art here)

If I had the energy personally I might make an angle kin discord and I still might because I love discussing this stuff and it’s a kin type I don’t touch on much for myself otherwise because I’m kind of self conscious about it, but I still might create one. I might just be tired because it’s really early in the morning for me as well. If I do end up making one I’ll let you know

Its something I’ve thought about a lot as well, definitely send me the link if you do. I’ve always held off from doing it because people in this community can be quick to start discourse and I’m not interested in running a server that has back-to-back problems constantly.
