Push Pull Theory ⛅️

The Push-Pull theory of migration is a neoclassical theory that emphasizes the tendencies of people to move from densely to sparsely populated areas.  So you could see why it was deemed acceptable for my wandering soul to reside in your empty heart.  Spending many months visiting and decorating it to my liking, I decided that is where I would love to to spend the rest of my life.  In this empty cavity.  Loving you from the inside out, sculpting you into something more beautiful than the famed Mona Lisa.  The push-pull theory generalizes reasons why one would chose to evacuate these highly dense areas.  Maybe the land was unfruitful, the water tainted, the soul too dry to plant crops, air too polluted to breathe. So we as humans are naturally programmed to migrate to an area that meets the basic necessities needed for life.  Even if it means gathering our battered souls and old jeans into a 1940's duffle bag and leaving a note that read  "I can live here no longer. In this empty cavity that is you. My soul needs rest and my body cries out in desperation for love."  Even if it means forever had ended.
