For forever it seems
life feels surreal right now. being sober feels mind fucking whenever you’re upset. the easy , temporary way out. i guess this is one of those moments when it’s time to push through, remind yourself you’re more than what makes you upset, what triggers you, the demons inside that cause the “action.”
it’s insane to know the right thing to do but the wrong sits closer, it yearns harder. maybe today’s another day i choose peace. i want to scream “what the fuck” as loud as possible. it speaks for itself and that’s what i have to remind myself.
but how long do i keep choosing peace. do i break the insanity that demands to be felt. why?
“If you knew how hard it was, and how long it took, to rebuild my little universe of peace and happiness then you would understand why I’m so picky about who I allow in my life.”
