SGD: Complete
I didn't post the last week of my diet mainly because I'm just been crazy busy with finals. But I still counted them every day, never went over any of my limits, and now that the month is over (from the day I started), I've lost a total of about 5-6lbs.
This is working well for me, and I think I'll be doing this over again, but without spamming about it on here. It's slow going, and I'm eager for results, but I'm also determined to do this healthier this time around. I just need to be patient and consistent. >__< I can do this!
