One thing I definitely miss due to covid is the whiskey events where you get to taste through a bunch of different whiskey samples to either refresh your memory on something you have tried or taste something completely new that you may have otherwise skipped at a bar or liquor store. Core expessions are typically overlooked when you have a big collection of unique bottles and access to allocated releases. I think it’s important to always keep exploring the wide world of whiskey and that’s what I’m doing here with some Old Elk.
