The first batch of slip-trailed stoneware crocks I worked on at my job have made it out of the salt kiln! The potters made the vessels on the wheel and handed them off to me to design!

So obviously a crock is a type of dishware, almost exclusively used for preserving foods before refrigeration. But there's an English saying "crock of shit" which means that something is fake or a lie. And what I want to know is, was it a metaphor from the beginning, or did something happen . . .

idk if I'll go back to crock soon. I'll need to start from scratch since he was a Unity project. Made this model on a whim late at night and realized he'll always be my boy though.

but I'm fine with starting over because I know a lot more now. This model of crock is already more than half the tris of my original model. UV mapping is way better too.

Every new project I start I have a better and better jumping off point in terms of dev/programming/engine knowledge.

If I flip flop between projects enough I will eventually be invincible and unstoppable and they'll have to send the army after me to finally take me down.
