Better ending for Star vs. The Forces of Evil

Marco and Star are separated for good. Marco is sent back to Earth and Star to Mewni. Star goes about her life with her family and Ponyhead and Tom trying her hardest to forget about Marco and what they almost had together. At one point Star and Tom start dating again, but Tom breaks up with her again because he knew he could never replace what she and Marco had. They remain best friends. Marco goes into a depression for a few months on Earth, ignoring his parents and Mariposa until on Stars birthday, Marco makes a decision that he’s going to find his way back to the love of his life. Marco spends the next 10-20 years doing everything he can to make it back to Mewni facing monsters, being kidnapped, nearly eaten and killed until one day he makes it to Mewni. He explodes from the forest into a field and in the field is a short, thin blonde. Her hair flowing down her back to her thighs on her head is a flower crown made out of red roses. Marco stares as the blonde leans over, her green dress flowing around her ankles a slit going to her knee on her left side, her feet bare as she picks corn from the field and places it in the wicker basket in her arms. The blonde looks up and Marco sees her bright blue eyes sparkle in the bright yellow sun. Suddenly she notices him and recognizes what Star fondly called “Hot Marco” from Heekapoos realm. They stare at each other for a few beats before simultaneously they say with wide eyes “Star?” “Marco?” And the screen fades away as soft music starts to play in the background.
