Fireheart and Sandstorm have received their first apprentices. It's an experience.
"Oh, Starclan! What's that? What's that? Woah, did you see that?!"
Fireheart wasn't the that mentor Cinderpaw wanted, but she's too enamored by the fact that she's finally an apprentice to be bothered too much by it. Fireheart is a little less than enthusiastic.
Brackenpaw was hoping he could train with his sister, but this is okay too...he guesses.
Sandstorm got the more mellow of the two siblings. Fireheart can't even control his apprentice! Please, obviously hers will crush all the others in training. This will be too easy. And, no Whitestorm, she does not need any advice, thank you very much, she can do this by herself!
An Amount of Days/Training Sessions Later:
Brackenpaw is unfortunately lacking in motivation for any sort of training.
Yeah, Sandstorm doesn't really understand the concept yet that some cats are just not competitive. Because who wouldn't want to be the best? Isn't that the whole point? Tf Brackenpaw? She's not angry, just...shook.
Brackenpaw doesn't want to be the very best, or beat everyone else, he just wants to be a normal warrior. He feels Sandstorm is way too pushy about him being absolutely perfect, leading to his recent less than stellar performance.
Whitestorm tried to warn her, but she's still hellbent on doing this by herself.
