Accidentally left rice in the cooker too long. It became dry and hard. Not a big fan of congee but didn't want to throw out the rice. Decided to make chicken congee. Timed the chicken better so the unlaid eggs are still orange and gooey unlike the pale yellow overcooked ones in the phở previously.
