Used four chicken drumsticks and four chicken lovely legs. 1 cup of jasmine rice. Other ingredients: salt & pepper, bit of soy sauce, Penang Ghee Hiang sesame oil, ginger slices, lots of chopped spring onions and coriander. Tip: Finish off with cracked eggs to make the congee creamy.
