I stopped for a second. If you remember everything, I wanted to say, and if you are really like me, then before you leave tomorrow, or when you're just ready to shut the door of the taxi and have already said goodbye to everyone else and there's not a thing left to say in this life, then, just this once, turn to me, even in jest, or as an afterthought, which would have meant everything to me when we were together, and, as you did back then, look me in the face, hold my gaze, and call me by your name.

Life is funny. At this point I don’t care what you do. You can leave me You can love me You can lie At this point I realized I’m wasting my time I pray day in and day out I’ll do something awful enough for you to leave I pray I’ll do something wonderful enough for you to stay
Bliss
I’m sick to my stomach It hurts to try and believe this news I just received ignorance is bliss the thought of you was quiet and sweet now I’m in disbelief to know you’re gone forever is too much to handle
Tal vez

How do you know if you're treading water or trying not to drown?
Life sometimes feels like I'm bobbing in deep waters and waiting for the next wave to drag me under.
I know not to stop and when my head goes under, I think for a split second, it's okay, just let go. Until my sheer stubbornness drives me back up again.
But what if the next time, that split second is the difference between life and death?
Between my lungs filling with water and falling further into the depths below or pushing my head above the water. Just a little longer until someone finds me.
