Okay so, I’ve went into this before, but once Neo thinks Yang’s under Raven’s protection, she decides to start fucking with her.

It tests the boundaries, gives her something to do, and hey, the girl’s pretty cute, so why not, right?

So, she starts doing some recon, keeping an eye on things, and decides, this girl’s got three things she takes pride in.

Her looks, her skill, and her bike.

She’s already kicked her ass, so the skill is in question.

She can’t do a thing about her looks because damn.

So, obviously, she needs to devalue the bike.

So, she gets this tiny pink moped really cheap from a friend of Roman’s, and straps the biggest, strongest, most illegal dust motor she can fit into it.

And so, that’s how Yang finds herself being sped past by a moped every time she’s out on the town.
