Instructions: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Coat shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Place nori sheets on a clean surface. Spread a layer of sushi rice onto each nori sheet. Place fried shrimp on top of the rice. Roll the sushi tightly using a sushi mat. Slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces.
