Olicity Appreciation Week | Day 7 - AU MEME: Instead of joining the Arrow Team, when Oliver tells her his secret, she starts to do her own missions on saving the world, by hacking. When Oliver begin to have feelings for her, he starts to stalk track her to makes sure she's safe. Which she doesn't like because she doesn't want to care for him but when he leaves, thinking that she can never feel the same, she realizes that she feels more than she let herself feel.

Olicity Appreciation Week

Day 8: {plus} Why I love Olicity. [ I can't believe this is the last day :(]

Easy. I love them because they compliment each other so well. Felicity is the light to Oliver's darkness. She makes him a better person, she doesn't push or judge him she lets him come to her when he's ready. She doesn't see the scars but the man behind them.Felicity is the only person that makes him smile, making his life a little bit easier even if it's for a little while. Plus,her belief and trust in him is unwavering and because of this she inspires him to be the hero he knows he can be. Most importantly she makes him keep fighting when all hope is lost. In all truth fullness she IS his hope. Not only is she his hope but she is also the one person he trusts more than anyone else in his life; with only Diggle being the second person he opens up to and lets in. Oliver gives Felicity a sense of family and belonging. For a girl that feels like she's been abandoned by those she loves the most, Oliver shows her that's not true. He's proven to her time and time again that he will always be there for her, no matter what. He's willing to risk anything to protect her, even his principles. He not only sees her as a smart,sassy IT girl, but as an incredibly strong, beautiful and independent woman that he knows he can always depend on.

The writers have taken their time with them. Nothing has been rushed, we have seen the entire journey with them. We've seen them go from acquaintances, to friends, to partners, to gradually falling in love with each other. We've seen them try to fight their feelings, especially Oliver, but fail completely at it. I mean, Oliver is so completely, head over heels, crazy in love with her that he can't even hide it anymore; no matter how much he tries. And even though, Felicity believes he'll never see her in that way, she couldn't help but to fall in love with him too.

They have built an incredible, strong bond of friendship, understanding and trust that can't ever really be broken. I love the fact that they were friends first and that is what lead them to fall in love. They know and understand each other better than anyone, she just gets him like he does her.  And the chemistry between Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards is always an added plus ;). They clicked together instantly. I knew right from the start that this was going to be something really special.  And you know what they say, "the ship chooses you." and boy did these two do exactly that.

I'm gonna miss it!  I had fun participating and seeing all the other beautiful gifs and edits. You guys are very talented. Can we have more appreciation weeks please????????? Screw that we should have an entire year of appreciation dedicated to Olicity lol.

on the plus side, I'm excited to start the Outlaw Queen one, should be fun.
