Seeing as DOA is likely to close down this year, I want to reach out and make friends in the BJD community on other platforms!

Forgot to post, but I made some socks so that Armance can finally wear his boots! No, I haven’t finished his jeans yet🙂↕️
His face up is finished, but the artist is also working on Alekz’s head too. Hopefully both boys’ headlessness will be cured by the end of the week!?

Hello!
Decided to actually introduce myself! My name is Jess, I'm 21, from the UK. Welcome to my blog! Aside from (obviously) BJDs, my other hobbies include writing and drawing, but I'm very shy when it comes to sharing my art! I've been mostly a lurker in the BJD hobby since 2018; though I owned a doll, I think I was a bit too young to really dig into the hobby, and ended up being overwhelmed by plans I didn't have the finances for, so I took a long break. Recently, I fell back in love with dolls, and set out with new purpose to shell my OCs. I started this blog as an outlet for my dolls and to connect with other BJD lovers.
As I've just jumped back into the hobby, my collection is nowhere near complete! Here, you can watch the doll family grow and take shape.

My beloved Armance, DollZone Gray, is home! Everyone say hi! I purchased him through the DOA marketplace.
His faceup is super cute, but he will be heading off to an artist soon to truly embody my Armance.
His eyes and wig are still on the way, but I did have a spare pair of green eyes that look OK!
Alekz arrived! He and Armance have now gone off for face ups… missing them already
