Chu and I had our first friendiversary on the 13th 🥰 We made things and shared them with eachother in the best way we could as two loving individuals living in two different countries. This also makes it Ollie and Zipper’s Anniversary so it was a lot of them <3

This clay figure of Zipper is the first one i’ve actually made other than minor projects from art class. She will now sit in my room as a constant reminder of my dearest Chu <3 She actually turned out so much better than I thought she would.

You remember Ollie X Zipper? Well they have over 16 AUs so far, all created by me and @kipzychu to explore and experience more versions of their relationship through new and cheesy/cringy worlds and storylines. Most written purely by one of us, but some have more of a collaberative approach.

The first two drawings are from my favourite and most detailed AU, my Olliper 'Kingdom AU' — a doomed love story between a prince and a witch in times of persecution. It involves the future versions of characters from TMNT, as well as other OCs of mine. There's even a Leosagi storyline involved. I won't go into too much detail but there's a LOT going on in that AU.

The 3rd image is a simple future AU, the 4th a "Gothic AU" involving a vampire X witch. The final 3 drawing were a spring of the moment AU that followed our Marvel obsession. We love Loki, so I made Ollie a Loki variant. It's as simple as that.

During the month @kipzychu and I started shipping Ollie and Zipper, I got bored one day and decided "I'mma make them a biological son."

So on the 7th of July, Hikaru was brought into this world. I love designing fusion characters so it was so much fun making him.

There are a good few different Olliper AUs where Hikaru ends up existing in, even the ones where they're both biologically the same gender (both Ollie and Zipper are intersex). This is because we had a little fun with his lore, making an (unofficial) joke that Hikaru was created by ROTTMNT Donnie using Ollie and Zipper's DNA for fun TwT. He was given to Zipper and Ollie to raise as a newborn baby after he grew for months inside of a... sci-fi pickle jar lookin' incubation chamber thingy.

It's fun picturing the chaos of Olliper as parents. Raising this sassy peryton-otter-lynx-leopard-dragon boy. (who discovers he can shapeshift.) Oh! And like how Zipper's star is the thing that gives her life, Hikaru's eyes are what powers him. He isn't reliant on their power though, they're only the source of his shapeshifting.

We love our hybrid son.

Olliper, the ship between me and my friend @kipzychu OCs — Ollie and Zipper

Chu and I have been friends for 8 months now, and we've been talking and texting every day since. We had shared our OCs and I was secretly wondering when we'd start shipping them together.

It happened in July, and now we have over 100 drawings of Olliper collectively. Ollie and Zipper has been a journey for us, and they continue to grow in our hearts every day. Mainly through our AUs. We have created MANY Olliper AUs while being friends, each one with a different take on their relationship.

A little Zipper info: Zipperlyn is a Canadian lynx X snow leopard X dragon hybrid with the ability to shapeshift. She has two black wings, horns, and a glowing gold star attached to the tip of her tail which basically acts as her life-source as a shapeshifter. She is Japanese, and can change everything about her physical appearance other than her glistening gold eyes. Zipper uses any pronouns, with a preference of she/they and is bisexual.
