"Dream to Me" - Part 21

Mickey was pressed against the headboard, skin damp with sweat, needy hole slick and throbbing.

"Ian," he whimpered, tilting his head, so their lips could meet.

A possessive growl, Ian in rut, a result of Mickey's heat. But they were nearing the end, after days of crashing together, over and over.

He pulled Mickey onto his lap, pumping up relentlessly. With Ian's teeth grazing his neck, Mickey cried out and Ian howled, filling him with his knot.

Grinning, Mickey padded towards the bathroom, throwing on Ian's discarded button-through shirt, adorably too big.

A matching grin, Ian admiring his mate.

Mickey sighed contently, satin sheets soothing his skin, peppered with scratches and bites. Then giggled, when his alpha returned, a breakfast tray in his hands.

"Shit, starting to feel like a queen or something".

Ian raised a playful eyebrow, pulling a snort out of him.

"Fuck you. Meant like, royalty. Like that French bitch, let 'em eat cake or whatever".

"You know she got beheaded Mick, by her own people," teased a grinning Ian.

"Not saying I'll let all this go to my head," he joked, gesturing around the lavish bedroom, "but I'm damn well gonna enjoy it, Red".

Ian admired Mickey's desire for more independence, but the only jobs available to an uneducated omega were mostly unsavoury.

Luckily, he found a bartending role in a decent nightclub. The downside, however, the neverending stream of alphas flirting with his mate.

So, Ian insisted on picking Mickey up after his shifts, usually enjoying a beer while he waited. Currently, a tall blonde was leaning over the bar, whispering. Mickey laughed, caught Ians eye, a faint smirk there.

A low growl rose up, the other Alpha catching on and immediately fleeing.

"Green looks good on you, Gallagher".

Fuck, he loved that man.

Part 22 of "Dream to Me"

"Stupid fucking blindfold" grumbled Mickey, while being blindly led outside.

A chuckling Ian, who curiously insisted Mickey wear his blue suit, finally removed it.

"Surprise, baby".

The sun was going down, stars slowly being revealed. Their garden was decorated with pretty lanterns and lights. A lone woman stood by the gazebo.

Ian placed a silver band into his hand, "don't wanna waste any more time, you're my whole life, Mick. My soulmate. Dont need a big wedding. Or my dad's blessing. Just need you".

And Mickey felt the same, right down to his bones. Reflected in those green eyes, was his future.

And it was beautiful.
