Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional.
Instructions: Peel the bananas and cut them up. A blender should be used to blend the bananas, mixed berries, spinach leaves, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup if using. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, change the amount of almond milk to get the consistency you want. Put the drink into glasses and decorate them with fresh berries or chia seeds for a more artistic look.
