This Western Omelet Quiche is a versatile dish that can be enjoyed at any mealtime. It's packed with the flavors of a classic Western omelet, including ham, bell peppers, onions, and cheese, all baked in a flaky pie crust.
Ingredients: 1 pie crust. 6 eggs. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 cup diced ham. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Set the pie crust aside after putting it in a pie dish. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl. Add pepper and salt. On top of the pie crust, put the diced ham, bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix the eggs and add them to the pie crust's ingredients. Before you put the quiche in the oven, heat it up. Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly browned. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it. You can eat your Western Omelet Quiche for dinner, breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Have fun!
