10. Where is your OC’s favorite place? Like if they were having a bad day, where would they run off too?

I got this one in another ask for Merc specifically, so I'll answer for Cov!

Honestly idk if he'd run off to be on his own so quickly or anything. He's one of those people who needs to be around others when times are rough or if he's going through something. For Cov, self-isolation is almost like self-punishment. So, if he weren't at home, he'd probably run home tbh, because he can always talk to his grandmother about what's bothering him. If he was unable to do that (due to not being in Carim any longer), he'd probably try and seek out other people, be it in a tavern or town square or with a group by a campfire. Anywhere where conversation and camaraderie could act as a distraction!

23. What is your OC’s dream? What will they do once they’ve achieved it? Are they done and they disappear into the sunset or will they find a new goal/dream?

Answering for Merc bc I feel like I've talked about Cov's aspirations a lot before. Mercurio has two things that they really want: 1. to bring their family back together (at least, as many of their immediate family as possible- not so easy a task with seven people [two parents, five siblings]) and 2. to be successful at what they do. I HC that their family's business of crafting and selling catalysts has been passed down through several generations, and they want to keep the business and spirit of everything alive. Within the context of the story, that's rather difficult seeing as home is unlivable and their family is separated, but I hope for some kind of bittersweet ending where most everyone is together again, the business is doing well, and their dreams can be reality.

I don't think they'd find a new dream unless one serendipitously appeared before them. Since they're the eldest sibling, they probably feel some sense of responsibility for keeping things going for as long as they could.

What is your OC’s favorite food? Can they cook it? Where do they get their food? (And most importantly, do you feed your OCs enough? Don’t forget to throw them a meal once in a while.)

Answering for Merc again! They like a lot of fresh veggies and fruit, and are particularly fond of mushrooms. They forage for those a lot! Merc doesn't usually have a huge appetite, but they're the type of person who will try whatever you might offer them just to be polite lol. (I hope I feed my OCs enough!)

So our good friend @omelevate / @omelevateart drew this magnificent series for Gabs and I to celebrate our two year anniversary of the blog. 😍 And it is just everything we could ask for! A sweet and adorable "competition" starring all of the couples (and featuring Ome's OC Greta, who has a soft spot for a certain Crestfallen lad~)

It took a bit to post, as she actually mailed us the physical sketches (which we will keep safe and loved forever!) I went ahead and scanned/tried to clean them up as best I could. :D

Have you ever had a name for the Crestfallen Warrior?

We have actually! It's probably not going to be mentioned in comic, since Cresty isn't really the "getting personal" type, but we actually really like the name Tristan for him. :)

Our good friend @omelevate, who's a very big Crestfallen fan, even gave our choice a seal of approval. 😆

“I wasn’t there at the start, but I know it by heart, as my soon-to-be friends were about to depart

From the Undead Asylum A place so droll and sad that few could stay there without going mad

Honovi sat in her cell, awaiting the end without even thinking she’d soon meet a friend

For up above a noise did sound, and a body did fall so Honovi looked up and saw a savoir, handsome and tall

A key held her freedom, which she surely did take, and as she fled fast she nearly made a mistake!

For awaiting in a cell close to hers was a dear friend of mine who called out to Honovi “Please, I’ll help you! I’m fine!”

Despite the look on sir Jestin’s face (which was hidden and hollowed, I’d rather pull out the mace!) Honovi took a chance and released the great knight And together they took a quick-paced flight

Down the stairs and up, up and then! Dodging Hollows and one feisty demon  They soon found their nameless savior Hurt and dying, he had one last favor:

Thou who art Undead, art chosen… In thine exodus from the Undead Asylum, maketh pilgrimage to the land of Ancient Lords… When thou ringeth the Bell of Awakening, the fate of the Undead thou shalt know

With those final words and an apology on his breath The poor Nameless Knight met an untimely death So Honovi and Jestin forged on ahead Upon the path of the Chosen Undead

They took down the Asylum Demon (who I’m told has a great arse) and opened the doors to accomplish their task

While standing upon a cliff down was the direction they did think When a Giant Crow scooped them up to take them onwards to Firelink!  A poem to celebrate the first chapter of OtER! Inspired by Klaus’s bardiness~
