After a long hiatus from the underground scene, Omen is back by releasing his 16th mixtape entitled as Modus Operandi. The whole concept of the mixtape is to bring light to his signature sound whilst mixing the style he coped with as a Jigsaw member. It also showcased a lot of Gore, and raw emotions that he is mostly known for through his lyrics.
Along with the explicit content of the mixtape, he is also under fire by using a cover photo of being in a slaughter house with a questionable photo of him wearing a pig head. As usual, he remained silent and controversial about it.
