JIGSAW is a five member South Korean Boy Group debuted in April 30, 2008 under Deviant Entertainment. In early 2016, their contract with Deviant Entertainment expired. Jigsaw members pursued solo activities for the rest of the year, and announced that they signed an exclusive contract with Phantasia Entertainment in 2017.

Thomas Hwang releases ‘Bye Babe’ featuring Zian Hwang!

Following the release of a teaser photo last November 26th, Thomas Hwang releases a self produced song featuring his younger brother, Zian Hwang of Pinatados.

Alongside the acoustic-ballad track released in soundcloud, a live performance video was also released on Jigsaw’s official Youtube channel. In the description, Thomas stated, “I often talk to my brother into collaborating for a song or two, however, it took us a while to finally make a promise a reality. This is a simple good vibe track for everyone. Please enjoy.”

With Omen’s mixtape release, to Thomas’ tv appearance, it looks like Jigsaw has no plans on coming back yet as a full group. With that, Silab, the group’s Main Rapper and Visual released a collab song on soundcloud which features various male artists from Phantasia Entertainment. Jirayu of Pintados, Crimson of Aeon, Dick of Utopia all shared their own rap verses with Silab, whilst Cosmo nailed the hook of the song.

'Master Key' reveals full lineup featuring Thomas, Yan Yan, Cheonhi and more for next episode!

SBS variety show 'Master Key' has revealed the full lineup for its next episode! 

On November 10, SBS revealed the upcoming episode features Pristin’s Nayoung, Aconite’s Yanyan, Seo Eunkwang, Seo Janghoon, choreographer Cheonhi, Gfriend’s Sinb, Yoon Jiseong, Mi Sangmin, Jigsaw’s Thomas and Shinee’s Key.

 The stars will be working together and against each other to win the game show that requires them to figure out who's lying and who's hiding the master key. 

The episode will start filming on November 11, and will air on Saturday, November 25th at 6:10PM KST.

After a long hiatus from the underground scene, Omen is back by releasing his 16th mixtape entitled as Modus Operandi. The whole concept of the mixtape is to bring light to his signature sound whilst mixing the style he coped with as a Jigsaw member. It also showcased a lot of Gore, and raw emotions that he is mostly known for through his lyrics.

Along with the explicit content of the mixtape, he is also under fire by using a cover photo of being in a slaughter house with a questionable photo of him wearing a pig head. As usual, he remained silent and controversial about it.

Thomas Hwang releases original track ‘Photographs’ for his birthday!

In the break of October 31st, Thomas Hwang releases an original track ‘Photographs’ along with its music video on Jigsaw’s official Youtube channel. 

Photographs is a slow tempo track with subtleties of the melody. The bass pounds along with finger clicks in the background during the verses. However,  the beauty lies in the chorus, with the swelling of the electronic keyboard and guitar building to create the feeling of warmth. The lyrics sing of making and cherishing memories, and wishing that time would slow down so that each moment can be remembered. The accompanying MV is aesthetically beautiful, capturing moments from day-to-day life in Chicago that matches the mood of the song very well.

Thomas stated that Photographs is a birthday gift for his fans. He also added, “Conflicts are present during the time I made this track. I over calculate, and think, simply because I want the best [for the fans]. In the end, I came into a realization that music is universal, and that [you] will understand [my] feelings no matter what. This is a simple gift for [you] my fans. There’s been tons of request over the years for a solo original song [so] here it is. I hope [this] pleases your heart. See you soon. Happy Halloween.”
