"Jojo look at the bubbles!” Wren chirped, trying to get his baby brother’s attention. Seeing as it was a beautiful day out, Wren thought it’d be nice to go to the park with him. The tiny boy loved when Wren dressed up and since the blonde was a softie to his cute brother’s demands, Wren did as was asked of him. He blew the bubbles up in the air in his baby brother’s direction. “Try to pop them all.” He urged the three year old.
“So...how sturdy do you think this tree is?” Jaime asked as he looked up to try to see the top of it. He’d been wanting to climb it for a while now but every time he got close to trying it he would psych himself out with bad memories of the time he fell and broke his arm. “Like if you had to guess on a scale from 1 to 10, how sturdy is it?”
Spencer had been having a pretty good day. Work was great, there were no annoying customers, and his puppy had finally mastered what ‘sit’ meant. Today was Spencer’s day- or so he thought. He had driven to the grocery store and was just getting out the car when his shirt got caught and was ripped open, taking all the buttons off in the process. “Great.” he muttered, looking down and letting out an exasperated sigh.
Wren was having a hard time adjusting to his new home. Who the hell moves from Los Angeles to Savannah of all places. Oh that’s right- his parents, but there was nothing he could do about it now. He missed the fast tempo of LA, he missed his home but more importantly he missed his friends. He felt out of place here. So to distract himself he took a walk, not that it worked. Wren ended up at the park and laid down in the grass, closing his eyes to relax. He was sure he would be wouldn’t be bothered her but of course life didn’t like to go his way a lot of the time. He didn’t bother moving when he heard the footsteps approaching but he did open his eyes to spot just the shoes of someone. “If you’re trying to mug me you’re wasting your time. I don’t have any money on me.” he muttered, still in a sulking mood.
