You don’t have her going to an organized school do you? Is there a major prophecy involving her? What you’ve got up there is basically every story with magic people in it. It’s the sort of commonality that just happens when you boil stories down.
No, no school. And she's not an orphan, either, she's gonna have actual parents that are actually there, because idk what it is about YA books and absent parents (or nameless, faceless parents). Yeah, I know, idk it's just, something about the commonality makes me ugh.

Piss on the Doubt Troll! Even if those things were true about your story (which I doubt because you’re much more original than you seem to be giving yourself credit for), no has ever heard YOU tell it. Go for it!
Ahahahaha. Can I punch him instead? Sounds less gross. I mean yeah, that's the BASIC gist of the story when you boil it down, but it's more complicated than that. For starters, my 'bad guy' is in quotations for a reason, and he's nothing like Voldypoop.

I love to read poetry out loud. The words and language of poetry makes me feel uplifted and reading it makes me content.

You know, I was curious about Elementary, but had heard such terrible things about it from my fellow Sherlock fans. You however were the one person on my dash that actually supported the show rather than bash it and I have to thank you for that because I decided to give it a chance and just spent the last two days watching all of them :X And now I'm in withdrawal. Meep.
Wow, I’m sorry so many people in the Sherlock fandom have put you off to it :( I don’t post a lot of Elementary bc it’s not on my dash as often as other fandoms but I’m glad what support I do have for it has helped you enjoy it!
