Any Mettaton omo ideas?

Not any creative ones in particular, but one that really interests me is MTT having to go really badly while on stage.

He’d be trembling, breathing heavily; but he’d still have to perform. His previously perfect poses would be somewhat awkward, because he would have to be cautious about how he moved. Though, if the audience became uninterested, he’d completely forget about his full tank. He’d strike a breathtaking pose, and be content with himself and the approval of the viewers…

Until he feels the liquid pouring into his leggings, the tight fabric clinging to his legs.
