If you like cream of mushroom soup, al funghi or just mushrooms in general, you may want to try this! The soufflé is light and fluffy with a crispy crust and there’s cheese in the rice too. It tastes similar to mushroom risotto. Personally, i like the mushrooms and rice but not so much for omu soufflé coz I prefer to taste the full flavour of eggs. The omu soufflé mellows the egg flavour so it tastes somewhat like a bubbly froth with a hint of egg-iness.
