Can anyone tell me how to make super dense cupcake frosting? It always comes out so light and fluffy when I make it, but my partner prefers the really dense style and I want to bake him cupcakes. Help?

Just finished baking a sticky toffee pudding. Individually, the raw mixture, and the toffee sauce tasted nice, so I have hope for the finished pudding!
I baked some raspberry and white chocolate muffins, but some of the chocolate oozed out and got a little overdone. *falls over* Whyyyyyyyyyyy. Muffins, you worked out fine last time!
My band's Coffee Morning went down pretty well. I'm glad, since I was the one who suggested it in the first place.
I made Flapjacks, Banana-Drama Muffins and Raspberry and White Chocolate Mountain Muffins.
:D From the feedback, I seem to have done an okay job. Yay.
Cookies
I can cook very, very few things. My disposition is rather to bake. Not that I've been baking for very long. In fact, I've only baked quite basic things like cupcakes and cookies.
It must have been that goddess Nigella with her delicate, sensual ways and her aural sex voice that created this illusion of baking as something simple and graceful. You would never have thought that seeing me bake. Messiness and disaster seem to be prerequisites to my baking. I just can't seem to help it. I follow step after step and try my best to be organized but for some reason, I always end up with batter on the table and flour in my hair.
In the past few months, I've managed to reduce my baking from a grand scale earthquake to a controlled mess. I feel this is a great achievement. I guess I'll never be an amazing baker, but it's the tiny improvements that have made me inexplicably proud. What's even more gratifying is being able to give homemade cookies to people, of course.
I've made more than a few good friends from offering home made cookies. In fact, I think the main reason everyone was so friendly to me while working in Kinokuniya was the fact that every once in a while, I'd leave a tub of cookies on the pantry table for all to enjoy. I'll admit that I'm pretty fond of this form of bribery.
Now here I am, hoping that this bribery will work on a boy I like. How very pathetic. I guess I should start on those cookies soon. I'm just keeping my fingers cross, hoping it'll work.
On Baking
I baked a pie with some blackbirds in it. They were supposed to jump out and fly away and spook everyone. They didn't fly out, but they sure did spook everyone.
