I have musical theory education and knowledge, songwriting experience, and a significant history of playing and performing music on multiple instruments. I wrote the prompts with as much specificity as I could, altered prompts when the results weren't satisfactory, and Suno generated music based on them to the best of its abilities and limitations. I've also done post-production work on some of the music.
Fans of my fanfic Jackie Stargazer have wanted to hear the songs in the story since I first posted it. Some songs I'll post here are far closer to the music in my head than others, but they all have the emotional core of my lyrics. I hope you enjoy! 😊

back at that wall. roughed up my hands on two 5.6 routes and one 5.7, and paid for my pass for the semester. Glad to be back!
On Belay || Garnet and Simon
Garnet double and triple-checked her rucksack to make sure she had everything required, and enough for two. She was to meet Simon at the City of Rocks at two, so they could go climbing. Water, check, rope, check, two harnesses, check, gloves, check, first aid kit, check, Garnet thought as she rattled off materials, stuffing her bag with them. She happened to like Simon- he was nice, forward, but nice nevertheless. Conversation flowed easily with him, much easier than it did with Rhys who constantly made her stick her foot into her mouth from sheer nervousness. Not to mention he was willing to assist her in an attempt to re-create herself into someone less frightened of the future and reality. Garnet thew on sensible clothes go climb in- a zip-up, Capri pants and sneakers, and after quickly braiding her hair, she headed out the door and into her car.
It wasn't too long after that she pulled up to the City of Rocks park, the looming rock structures in the distance. She figured rather than tackle the caves at Gila like she had with Rhys, she would take Simon here first, like a test run. Besides, Gila had far more opportunities to climb here and would allow her to repetitively utilize the belay system. Simon seemed athletic enough to climb of course, not to mention hold tight onto a rope if his partner fell. Who knew- maybe Garnet would find another friend to climb and explore with her afterwards. Sending Simon a text that she was here, Garnet leaned against her car as she waited for the boy in question. Not too long after, did Simon pull up, his car rumbling on the rocks as it did. Smiling, Garnet waited for him to get out.
