IMPORTANT INFORMATION
First of all we're deeply sorry for the delays on the orders and also for not being able to keep our sites updated. We've been facing some troubles in the process. In one hand we had people who have ordered twice the same anthology and that got us into a big misunderstanding. On the other hand, there were many delayed payments. Also some people who didn't follow the directions and paid in a different currency, or paid before they even got the confirmation email with their order, or didn't give us the right information...
So from now on here's what we're going to do:
We won't be responsible for payments done before getting the confirmation email with the detailed order. If you pay before you get your order email from us, we won't refund it. Sorry.
If the payment is incorrect: currency is not EUROS or the amount is wrong. We won't do any refund.
If you are going to order more anthologies for your friends, talk to them first and get ready before you place your order. Each user is a different order to us and the combination of different orders leads us to total chaos. Get together, place one single order with as many anthologies as you please but do it at once.
We won't be accepting combined orders between different anthologies. Which means, for exmaple, if you want an AC one and a SH one, you will have to place 2 orders.
