Creature Talk: Ruthless

Next creature we are gonna talk about here brings lots of very weird animals as references. Brace for fish and reptiles from all across the animal kingdom!

“A violent, brutal creature that lurks under the surface of water, waiting for any enemy fool enough to step near its domain. And there will be no forgiving for it.”

Ruthless is an expression of rage and bloodlust, and it emerges from a mix of crocodiles, komodo dragons, cobras and even some fish! A notorious reference here is the bizarre sarcastic fringehead fish (Neoclinus blanchardi). This is the kind of animal that already comes from an almost fictional world of deep sea nightmares. They are pretty harmless to humans, though, but they sure look like they’re about to swallow your soul with this crazy jaw!

Other animals that inspired this dreadful creature so far were the green anaconda (Eunectes murinus), the horned desert snake (Cerastes cerastes), the alligator (Alligator mississippiensis) and the rinkhal cobra snake (Hemachatus haemachatus). That’s one nasty creature!
