Niall Horan Fed Up With One Direction? Simon Cowell Confirms Singer’s Solo Career?

It seems like One Direction’s hiatus is going to be permanent as the members are already indulging in their respective solo careers. Recently, Simon Cowell teased the upcoming solo flight of the last singer left, Niall Horan.

As a brief recall, the fivesome band started to disassemble when Zayn Malik decided to leave. He went on for a solo music career, leaving the four behind. Although his departure did not mark a great scar on the group, it appeared like it became an encouragement for the others to explore alone.

So when One Direction announced the band’s break from tours and music involvements, Harry Styles got the chance to shine solo. He then grabbed the opportunity to be part of the World War II movie, Dunkirk. He also signed a contract with Columbia Records.

Furthermore, Louis Tomlinson appeared to be busy with America’s Got Talent 2016. He works now as a guest judge on the said show. Aside from that, his responsibility as a father to his child also takes some of his time.

Just a few weeks ago, Liam Payne signed a solo record deal with Capital Records UK. He hinted his goodbyes to the band on social media. He recalled his great memories with them and acknowledged that One Direction will always be his home.

With the four having their respective solo careers, Niall Horan remained silent and cool about it. However, it seemed like he is fed up with fighting for the band to reunite. MTV UK noted that Simon Cowell has shared his idea of Horan’s future.

The America’s Got Talent judge and responsible for putting up One Direction said that each of the members will do great. He also commended the Irish singer’s loyalty among the other. Because of what he has seen with him, he confirmed that there will soon be an announcement about Horan’s career.

Sugarscape also noted Cowell’s previous comments about the band. He said that people know that loyalty is what makes the boys great, but he noted “not all of them.” He then told that most of them are loyal He was particularly referring to Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson.

It has not been confirmed yet whether Cowell is thinking about a solo career for Horan or not. The sure thing is that the singer is still under the same label, just as Styles and Tomlinson. The three remains faithful to the record company that has helped them reach success.

The promised reunion of One Direction is still on hold. Still, the band has not confirmed the split despite reports.

Simon Cowell is well-known for managing and mentoring superstars like Leona Lewis and One Direction. The 56-year-old reality TV judge stars in America’s Got Talent with host Nick Cannon. Cannon recently visited Access Hollywood Live and shared that Cowell seemed to have become less antagonistic.

The hosts of the show Niecy Nash and Nina Parker asked Cannon about the new image and attitude of Cowell. According to them, the English judge is now softer and is not mean to the contestants anymore compared to  what he was in the past seasons.

Cannon said that he believes Cowell is still the same. He also said that Cowell takes his job very seriously, which is why he was able to create amazing singers and groups. According to Cannon, the ‘Evil Brit’ is not in Cowell anymore, but he also stated that Cowell will always let his thoughts be out whether it is good or bad, yet he is always gentle with kids.

On the other side of the story, Cowell is said to be supportive if the One Direction boys if they want to pursue their solo careers.

“I think they are all gonna do great,” Cowell told People Magazine last Tuesday night when he was asked about Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson during the America’s Got Talent taping. “I worked with these guys for six years, so I always hoped they would all stay within what I call the Sony family, but I think only one would not.”

Simon Cowell said that he is expecting to continue working with Horan, as he knew he has been always loyal to him.

Cowell admitted that the boys of One Direction were all overworked, which is why taking a break will help them in their careers.

“Even though they were young, that was a grueling schedule, and after a while I could see they were exhausted,” he said at the time. “Having a year off is going to be a healthy thing.”

Fans are still hoping that One Direction will reunite after taking a break.

One Direction Liam Payne Bids Goodbye, Band Breaks ‘Promised Reunion’ to Fans?

History hitmakers went through a lot of controversies after they announced the band’s hiatus. It seemed that they are breaking their promise to reunite as One Direction Liam Payne officially signed solo deal.

The announcement left the biggest fandom furious. They felt that the band has left them hanging and waiting in vain. As recalled, Zayn Malik first stepped out of the group to explore the industry alone.

Harry Styles indulged in the film arena. He joined the cast of the World War II film, Dunkirk. He also reportedly signed an $80 million solo deal with Columbia Records last month.

Adding to the disheartening news, Hollywood Take noted that One Direction Liam Payne is the latest one to sign a solo record contract. Earlier this year, it was speculated that he is on verge of leaving the band just like his mates did.

Hitting the studio with the producer of 808 Mafia, Juicy J, Payne did not comment on the issue of recording a track. Weeks later, he seemingly teased the song on Instagram. But sources said he was not working on an album.

However, it looked like the direction of the wind changed. He confirmed on Thursday that he already signed a deal with Capitol Records UK. The singer announced on Twitter that he is happy to work with the music company.

He went on to gush that Capitol has remarkable history of artists. He hoped that he can follow those artists’ footsteps. Payne added that One Direction will always be his family and home, but he is much excited to embark in a new chapter of his life.

While most of the enthusiasts were thrilled and glad for his venture, others expressed their disappointment. Understandably, they feared that his flight could mean the band is over.

Nonetheless, Gossip Cop assured the fans that the boys were just doing their “own thing.” Though the band is on a “break,” it does not mean that they have broken up.

The tabloid noted that it was the fandom who convinced the foursome were disbanded. They even trended the hashtag #OneDirectionIsOverParty, despite no official confirmation.

A follower responded on the Payne’s tweet. She told that 1D should tell them directly than slowly throwing bombs, because it hurts them even more.

To calm the outrage, an impeccable representative told the tabloid that the band remains the same. One Direction Liam Payne and Harry Styles are just “doing their own thing” for the meantime.

The two remaining members Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson preferred not to comment on the issue. Will they prove that promises are made to be broken?
