For some reason, I thought he was Simon Cowell, but when I put the sticky note up, it didn't shock me, leading Guy Fieri to have an identity crisis.

Music tycoon Simon Cowell sued by prominent City lawyer

City lawyer Ian Rosenblatt has launched legal action in London’s High Court against music mogul Simon Cowell over alleged withheld fees.

The lawsuit stems from the lawyer stepping down as director of Syco Entertainment, Cowell’s production company, and as an adviser to the talent show judge. Quinn Emanuel’s partner Gregory Pantlin and senior associate Emma Bohnman-Bryant are representing Rosenblatt, which filed the claim in the Commercial Court on Wednesday.

Rosenblatt served on Cowell’s internal team that secured a groundbreaking $125m securitisation deal for the intellectual property of the Got Talent format. He also led the legal team that advised the TV personality in 2020 on buying out Sony Music’s stake in his television joint venture.

According to legal documents reviewed by Sky News, Rosenblatt alleges that the creator of Britain’s Got Talent breached an agreement between them regarding transaction fees. The City lawyer claims that he reached an agreement with Cowell in October 2022 after he had indicated his intention to step down from Syco and his role as an adviser to Cowell.

The claim document also shows allegations that there was “a series of threats against Mr Rosenblatt in an effort to deter Mr Rosenblatt from pursuing his debt and/or damages claim”.

The music judge instructed law firm Joseph Hage Aaronson & Bremen for his defence.

Downfall of Rosenblatt’s listed legal business

The prominent City lawyer founded Rosenblatt Solicitors in 1989, which grew to become Rosenblatt Group. In 2018, the group listed on the London Stock Exchange, becoming the fourth English law firm at the time to go public.

However, he was in the headlines last year after the dramatic collapse of RBG Holdings.

Before the group’s collapse, the board terminated its consultancy agreement with Rosenblatt and made allegations against its founder. At the time, Rosenblatt said the accusations were “untrue and defamatory”.

He went on to create Rosenblatt Law, which inherited a 40-person team from RBG Holdings.

Incoming rant about Louis' team and Shithead Cowbell

I feel like something that's getting stuck in peoples' brains and not allowing them to see that Louis being actively sabotaged by his team is that you're applying logic to something that no longer has logic.

I agree, it makes more sense to make more money and therefore, more fans more promotion more good things for Louis but at this point Shithead wants him taken down by any means necessary and he doesn't care how much money he loses by doing it.

Simon plucked that boy out of oblivion and he refused to be eternally grateful and bow down to all Simon's rules. Lou tainted his golden boy and fought against everything that he could, every step of the way, and then Simon thought he got him under control. When he signed a new Syco contact and he ended up making him a judge on the x factor, notoriously something he's done to previous people he's wanted to put under his thumb, and what happened?

Everyone loved Louis.

Suddenly, people are talking about how Louis is the perfect replacement for Simon! He's better than Simon! He's nicer, he's more helpful and supportive, and he's certainly better looking! The whole time this is happening Louis is going home and fucking Simon's golden boy. Someone who I'm sure Simon also wanted to fuck the whole time. He spent years telling them this was puppy love, this wasn't gonna last, they might as well break it off, causing problems for him causing issues for his team, and they still made it.

They are still in love all these years later and fucking Simon is SEETHING in jealousy. He doesn't get the band he wanted because Louis fought back, he doesn't get the boy he probably wanted because of Louis, he doesn't get the little superstar he wanted to turn Harry into because of Louis, he doesn't get the money he could have made off of them by running them into the ground even more than he did previously because of Louis. People like Louis more than him. Simon doesn't need to be on x factor or American idol or any of those shows. He could sit in his office and make millions of dollars off of these shows without ever showing his face. He wants the attention he wants to be loved, but he's a piece of shit and we see through him.

At this point, he would actively lose money to make sure that Louis is ground into dust. Every time you turn your back on Louis. Every time you unlarrie are boosting Simon Cowell. You are playing into his hands and doing exactly what he wants. He's been trying to turn the general population and the fans against Louis almost since day one.

Because he's jealous and bitter and vile.

Don't let him win. He never broke Louis, and he'll never break me.
