day 99: late! - just another story about skeeter thompson
this song has inspired many a random air guitar/air drum freak out in my room. especially as a teenager. anything related to foo fighters was devoured, voraciously. to this day, i hold the opinion that dave grohl is probably the coolest person on the planet, and he lives just about the most perfect life i could ever imagine: talented, well-off, beautiful wife, lovely little 'ns, legions of fans, home studio, and the respect/admiration of most anyone he'll ever come across.
also, he's in a band with john paul fucking jones. jesus christ. we get it. i'm envious.
but then also, he recorded this song, by himself, and it's hilarious and hits like a 2 ton sledgehammer.
