One Grandview Update
As part of our ongoing community conversation about the One Grandview development project we want to share the latest update with you.
The current owners of the property at One Grandview have done a great deal of work to get the location shovel ready and will be listing the property for sale in the Wall Street Journal and other publications on Wednesday, August 26. CBRE Realtors will be marketing the site world-wide and CBRE Auction Services will sell the property at auction on October 1, 2015.
The MWCDC is committed to the continued develop of Mount Washington and Duquesne Heights. We will continue to work with any future developers of the site to ensure the community’s needs are met by future projects.
