Good morning April! It’s not quite the ‘April fool’ we used to playing on each other at work maybe! Let’s change the rules and as it’s such a beautiful day today, see if you can go outside for your hours exercise. I’m thinking that not only will you feel a whole lot better for it mentally but you will also get get some much needed Vitamin D, fresh air through your hair and face, and hear the outside noises of nature. If you can’t exercise, then open a window, listen and hear the difference to our world. I can hear so many birdsongs, chitter chatter, and soulful silence.
