Ingredients: 6 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced. 2 cups mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 2 cups spinach leaves, washed. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup chia seeds. 4 cups unsweetened almond milk. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Divide bananas, mixed berries, spinach, almond butter, and chia seeds evenly among 4 quart-sized mason jars. Pour 1 cup of almond milk into each jar. If using, add a few ice cubes to each jar. Seal the jars tightly and shake well to combine all ingredients. Store the jars in the refrigerator for up to one week. When ready to enjoy, simply pour the contents of a jar into a blender and blend until smooth.
