Fairmont Makati Introduces Wellness Rebalanced: A Fairmont Fit Program
Fairmont Makati is set to launch a new Fairmont Fit program next month called Wellness Rebalanced. This new initiative is designed to nurture and promote a healthy balance of the mind, body, and spirit. The Hungry Kat was invited to a preview of this new holistic wellness activity that really improved my overall well-being and fitness.
Fairmont Fit offers a gateway to hundreds of well-being experiences to the busy travelers today who are in search of something deeper and more meaningful, from heart-racing workouts to heartfelt moments of peace. Each Fairmont Hotel destination features its own local experiences, from innovative fitness partnerships, profound personal discoveries, to cultural journeys and social events.
Fairmont Makati has partnered with leading health experts OneLife Studio and Atma Prema Wellbeing Group to carefully construct a wellness program tailored to strengthen the body, clarify the mind, and fulfill the spirit of locals and travellers alike. Each session of Wellness Rebalanced consists of “Travelates,” an exclusive Pilates-on-the-Go program developed by a team of certified Pilates instructors.
This is followed by a customized physio-led stretching conducted by licensed physical therapists to address the body’s unique needs. Happiness Doctor Lia Bernardo also led a talk finding your inner balance and appreciating your blessing in life.
One very interesting activity was “Raising Frequencies,” a transformative session to cultivate happiness, personal development, and an authentic sense of self through learning, movement, and growth led by her team of wellness practitioners.
The session also includes refreshments and a healthy spread of savories and sweets to cap off the event. Wellness Rebalanced in priced at P3,250 per session and takes place every first Thursday of the month from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
